Do you want radiant skin and lose weight while you're at it? Try eating cumcumers...


If you want radiant skin, consume cucumbers. They can soothe skin irritations and reduce swelling. Cucumbers are high in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Potassium, Vitamin A, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese. They are ideal for weight loss. Don't include too many cucumbers in your diet if you're interested in weight gain. They're ideally eaten during the summer months to cool us down.


Incidentally, we put cucumbers in all of our JOOS!
