Amazing what a little sleep and a JOOS Cleanse will do...and, of course, a sunny day spent with friends and family.
Today I woke up to a JOOS. So good to get those nutrients into an empty stomach.
I had a handful of nuts mid-morning and then melon for lunch.
Mid-afternoon, another JOOS
Dinner, a bowl of quinoa with veggies and the mustard/balsamic/olive oil sauce I've very into these days, followed by a handful of raw nuts.
As a reminder about quinoa, it is actually a seed, not a grain, and is a complete protein, just like meat.
Looking forward to another full week of JOOSing!
