Parsely: A Great Diuretic and So Much More!!


In this week's newsletter, we wrote about the many benefits of parsley. Parsley is often thought of as a garnish, but it is power-pack filled with so many nutrients: Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Folate and so much more. Parsley also works as a diuretic so it can ease discomfort from overeating.
